We get to remodel our brain - Every Single Day.

Amazing!

To remodel it how we want to, here are 3 key things:

  1. Awareness

  2. Intention

  3. Action

All we need to start, is AWARENESS.

Here are a few reflection questions to get you going!

- What thoughts are you mostly thinking on a day to day basis?

I.e. While at work, outside of work, with family/friends or on your own?

- How do you generally spend your time / use your brain each day?

E.g. Work activities, watching TV, listening to the radio, cooking, talking to others…

- Are these the kind of thoughts and activities you’d like to use your brain for? Is what you absorb helping create the future brain you want?

Throw together a list of things and put a tick or cross next to each one.

- What sort of brain would you like to have in future?

This represents your INTENTION.

- What are the things you could absorb or use your brain for to get it there? ‘

This represents your ACTION.

And as I’ve said before, small everyday actions make BIG change.
