How to clear your head

You know those moments where your head feels a little fuzzy?

Like it’s absolutely been doing some work.

And there’s no way you’re going be able to absorb properly any information coming at you or focus and think clearly to work something out.

I understand this feeling.

Here are a few considerations and things to help for these moments:

- Take a few slow breaths

As you breath in, expand your belly. As you breath out, feel your belly relax and contract

- Notice and relax any tension in your body that you might be holding

- Look up and around you. Connect with your senses.

Take note of: 3 things you see, 2 things you hear and 1 thing you feel. Or any similar variation.

- Say the words to yourself ‘I am relaxed’ and ‘my mind is clearing’

How do you feel now?
