#1 Why a coach?

So why a coach?

To answer this, I’m going to give it a twist.

I’m firstly going to talk about NOT having a coach.

Because not having a memory coach was unfortunately the experience I had.

And if there’s one piece of advice I’d give, it would be DON’T GO DOWN THE PATH I DID.

Why?

Because -

  • Not having a memory coach meant I struggled on my own

  • Not having a memory coach meant there wasn’t anyone I felt I could talk to who would listen and understand

  • Not having a memory coach meant I had to slowly fumble my way through finding helpful information

  • Not having a memory coach meant I continued to largely suffer in silence

  • Not having a memory coach meant I slowed my potential for progress MASSIVELY

  • Not having a memory coach meant I missed out on being able to accept myself for where I was currently at

  • Not having a memory coach meant I didn’t have a cheerleader nearby to give support and hope when things felt tough or to help and encourage me to celebrate my wins

  • Not having a memory coach meant I didn’t get to feel like the BEST and BRIGHTEST version of myself.

NOW, on a broader note.

Think about all of the coaches or therapists or teachers we’ve had for other aspects of our lives.

People that have been able to guide us.

Shape us into who we are.

Now -

Imagine not having those people.

How different would the experience have been?

Where would you have ended up?

AND THERE YOU GO.

This is why I am doing this.

To be the person I couldn’t find.

To be the person I desparately needed.

Seriously, do not go down the same path I did. Reach out by clicking the book a chat button and let’s chat.
